This is one of our favorite easy dinners during the week, we always seem to have the ingredients on hand and these Cauliflower wings go perfectly with your favorite sauce! We love to toss them on top of salads or just enjoy with a side of fries or rice. Easy vegetarian recipes are a favorite in our home and I hope you love it too!
Ingredients you will need
2 heads of cauliflowers
4 large eggs
4 tbsp of milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 cups of panko crumbs
Let's get started!
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Wash and dry the 2 heads of cauliflower
Prepare the cauliflower, by removing florets from the cauliflower and chop them into smaller pieces, they should be the size of small chicken nuggets or wings
In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together
Put the panko crumbs in a separate bowl
Toss the cauliflower pieces in the egg mixture, making sure to coat each piece well
Then transfer the cauliflower to the bowl of panko crumbs and make sure all the pieces are completely covered by the panko crumbs
When the cauliflower is completely coated place them on the parchment paper and bake them in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through. The cauliflower wings should be golden brown when done.
Let the cauliflower cool for 10 minutes and then toss in your favorite sauce! (we like to toss half of them in a buffalo sauce and the other half in a sweet chili sauce) and enjoy!
