Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, the perfect Autumn Breakfast Treat

The comfort, cozy feel of homemade cinnamon rolls in half the time! These delicious pancakes are the perfect treat to accompany a warm mug of coffee on a chilly autumn morning!
Ingredients You'll Need:
For the Pancake Batter:
2 cups all-purpose flour,
1/4 cup of sugar
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 tsp of baking soda (or 1/4 tsp of baking soda for fluffier pancakes)
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 and 3/4 cup milk
1 large egg
4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
For the Cinnamon Swirl :
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Glaze :
3 ounces cream cheese softened
1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
Prepare the Pancake Batter :In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Do not overmix.
Make the Cinnamon Swirl :In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer the mixture to a squeeze bottle or a plastic bag with a corner snipped off.
Cook the Pancakes : Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour a ladle of pancake batter onto the pan. Drizzle the cinnamon swirl mixture in a spiral motion on top of the pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Whip up the Cream Cheese Glaze :In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, stir in melted butter until well combined and then stir in vanilla. Lastly slowly add in powder sugar and mix until smooth
Serve and Enjoy! :Stack the cinnamon roll pancakes on a plate and drizzle with the creamy glaze. Optionally, sprinkle with extra cinnamon for a finishing touch.
